Born and raised in Chicago, Coach Max brings that gritty Midwest energy to the Gator Grind squad — and yeah, he’s a die-hard White Sox fan, but we don’t hold that against him (much).

With a strong background in high school baseball as both a player and coach, Max knows the game inside and out. He’s passionate about developing athletes who play smart, stay sharp, and hustle hard. Whether he’s breaking down swing mechanics or firing up a dugout, Coach Max brings old-school fundamentals with new-school fire.

He may back the wrong Chicago team, but when it comes to building ballplayers, Coach Max is nothing but big-league.
